Hello great Jarl, I am glad you are back and going further than ever. I am the Arul of Na Astaraichean, we have spoken briefly in the past. I would like to extend friendship and alliance with you. Anything I can do to help, please let me know. Le Urram, Arul Casmael.

Heilsa!
Thank you for your offer of help.
Of course, we can use citizens. If you have any ideas on this subject (like where to advertise, etc.), let me know. Also, I am going to offer alliance to all Viking/Nordic/tribal micronations & projects, as well as any who ask, and are honourable. Please send me your nation's web site address, what your nation stands for, etc. so that we may discuss this further.
Thank you very much.

Heilsa:
Tyr,
Hello there. Just so you know: Does the idea of becoming a theocratic meritocracy disturb you? Please contact me personally, and I'll give you the whole story.
Thank you very much.
Skaal!

Greetings to all visitors: Well, I've discovered that the unique nature, minus the aliens, seems to be the way to go. Instead of becoming a theocratic meritocracy, Lykosha will continue to "walk the way of the wolf." To protect us, the nation of TorHavn (who's been "almost recognized" by the Umatilla Indians) will make us a Protectorate. The Laws on www.geocities.com/lykosha/packlaws.html continue to be in effect, and TorHavn will essentially "leave us alone." But we need to get on the stick, attract new citizens, and encourage some kind of online community.... perhaps even create an "online state" with activities, etc. A wolf's greatest asset is his community (pack), which is why we need this. I will attempt to find all citizens' emails, and try to get more participation. Any advice or help will be very much appreciated.
